Regarding Lichess Cheating Policy

There is one thing I want to share with Lichess community. As you may notice, I was marked as a person using computer assistance. I don't know what criteria does Lichess use, but I think they compare my moves and computer moves. Ok, no problem! But what if I learned the line up to 20 moves and make the same moves as top grandmasters.
I'm not an expert in every opening, but I know the lines that I play very deep. And I also prepare for every opponent if it's a classical game in the League. I learn not only the move order, but what plans to apply in a certain type of positions.

Once I was marked as a player using chess computer assistance, what is absolutely false. And noone can give an explanation about what happened and why this mark appeared. I've never used any computer assistance.

I used databases, but not during the game, only before the game to prepare for a certain opponent.

I'm a candidate master and a coach. This is my FIDE profile:
ratings.fide.com/card.phtml?event=4144147

I don't like people who use computer assistance when they play a game. And I would never use it, because I absolutely don't want to worsen my reputation. I have no motivation to use computer assistance. What does it give to me? It's ok if I lose a game, I won't be upset. I don't care about my Lichess rating, it's not a FIDE rating!

I decided to share this case on the forum, because noone responds to my messages. I wrote an email to Thibault, other moderators and many times to contact@lichess.org. But noone replied.
I decided to contact lichess via Facebook and they told me they had some evidence that the use of engine or opening book has occurred during your games.
But then they stopped to respond and didn't provide me any evidence.

I believe Lichess should start an investigation, but nobody cares.
So, please, advise me what to do! I like lichess in general and I recommend my students to play here. Moreover, I would like to be a part of Lichess.

But it seems that the only thing I can do now is deleting my account!
Alex,
I don't know exactly, but may be after this game:

8...Ng4 is a rare move, but we dicussed this line with WIM one week before the game. That's why I know how to play. I have to analyze this line, because my students play it.
No, that does not look like a right suggestion - I would not suppose cheating there. Also a perfect game from time to time should not be a problem. I thought maybe you were told about specific games...
8...Ng4 was somewhat popular and it is mentioned in "Opening Repertoire: The Open Games with Black" published 2015. So knowing this line is not crime. Only playable idea I found is 10...h5! and it is so close 8...Ng4 that I think black didn't really know how to play this line -> White has clear advantage straight from opening -> easier to find good moves in good position. Middlegame looks quite "human" to me. At the end there is some nice (defensive)tactics which are not impossible to find. I would find this exact game suspicious only if those tactics are played just after seconds thought. Time usage is impossible to see from notation. And for last white ruined his +1 position as after 30.Bxa7 it is -0.70 for black according to my engine. Summarum: I don't find this game suspicious but of course other games could be.
It was my last classical rated game and after that I was banned. So I consider that the problem is in this certain game.

Lichess support didn't provide me with any evidence.
The moderators do not respond to such questions.
Two weeks ago the top Racing Kings player (rating 2600) was banned for cheating. He was considered a Racing Kings legend! The small Racing Kings community asked for evidence of his cheating , but still no response...
If you could memorize 20 moves and then play like a GM, you would be a GM. We have responded to your complaint.
