In a game I played today, I made a move, which showed fine on my client, but didn't seem to get sent to the server. My clock continued to count down as if it was my turn. I didn't notice until 90% of my time was gone. The move I had made was still on the board. I couldn't make another move; any move I made was just entered as a pre-move.
I reloaded the tab and when the game came up again it showed the board before my move. Then I was able to play my move again and the game continued. I had already lost all my time though. Obviously there was a brief network glitch, however it is certainly a bug in the lichess client if it can't recover without me reloading the tab myself.
