Match missed for time is error

Me dieron partida por perdida por tiempo y me quedaba 9 dias y 17 horas y la tenia casi ganada, es de 10 dias por jugadas, pido por favor me dejen seguir la partida y me den mi elo perdido, es posible ? gracias partida .es.lichess.org/HXOpQBiMqrIG... así solo fomentamos que sigamos partidas muy perdida por si acaso le pasa esto a otros...

This is a bug that's currently being looked into. I'm afraid nothing can be done about games that suffered from it.

Well that's not fair, at least they could put my points that I have not taken? ... even if you do not give me what I would have won.
