Chess diagrams in Word

Hello Folks,

In order to have a nicely displayed chess diagram in Microsoft word you need to have diagram fritz font and then you are good to copy your positions into word. However, chessbase does not allow you to set an illegal position (i.e. one without kings) and I have no idea how to overcome this obstacle. Do you guys know some ways -perhaps through lichess- to outsmart the system?

Thanks

Andras
There's a convenient tool in Windows calling the snipping tool. It's under start->accessories->snipping tool or just type snip into the run bar and it should auto complete it.

It lets you neatly snip an area of the screen and save it which you could then use as clip art in a document. [Sloppy use of] snipping tool + lichess board editor (tools->board editor) = i.sli.mg/WuoETa.png
