I'm no 1700 Player. I got lucky one time and got 1730 but that's not my usual rating. If i want to join below 1700 Tournaments I'm not allowed to. FOR THE WHOLE WEEK? That has to be changed. I know you did this probably to help those who actually trying to play there and intentionally get below 1700. But come on! Make a limit for this. It's not unusal to get a little above the rating and those who only had 30 points more on one occasion should be dissalowed to play anymore if their rating fits the preferences.
