I AM F.... TIRED OF PLAYING EVERYDAY VS CHEATERS IN DAILY/WEEKLY TOURS

Offended? No.

I'm not going to advertise in every detail how we catch and manage cheaters. That would just add fuel to the fire.

It's simply just that all too common people make complaints and assumptions about how cheaters are dealt with when they are completely wrong.
Oh please, don't start this nonsense again. Some random user is annoyed at what they perceive to be a lack of cheat detection. RU posts objection. Moderator gets offended and defensive. Don't tell me this isn't annoying.
Just say that you're doing your best then FFS. Why do you continually reply to every new user to this chess site with the same attitude?
I feel the same. I find a cheater almost everyday. Today I reported one guy but it seems nothing has been done about him.
We do our best, and that's where we should leave it - threads like these never have any constructive outcome. Experienced players, frequently stronger than anyone in this thread (myself included) parse through cheat reports daily, often with second opinions. If your report was dismissed, it's extremely likely that it wasn't nearly as conclusive as you thought.

Not pointing fingers, and I'm not referencing anyone in this thread specifically, but we receive a large number of reports a day from players who are 100% certain they've lost to a cheater who haven't even bothered to request computer analysis on the game themselves. Even if they did, they don't have access to all of the information and tools that we have.
Unfortunately it is really easy to cheat in online chess. A lot of people do it.

But at this site they seem to be doing a better job compared to that shity other chess site that bans you if you mention lichess.

I personally would like to see IP and hardware bans for all the cheaters.

As you can see in this topic some people immediately have a tantrum over that. if you mention that there are cheaters they get all upset.
Just look at posts #3 and #4. they got so butthurt because cheaters do not like when someone talks about cheating.

They want everyone not to talk about it and no one banning them. For example like in that pathetic other chess site ;-)

Do most of the actual cheaters have many games played or are they fairly new accounts? If new accounts, why not just set a lower limit for entry to any tournament based on number of games played or account time? Then at least when a cheater gets banned, they lose something of value (history/rating and ability to play in tournaments until their new/next account has enough time/games).
Dealing with cheat reports is hard work and none of us get paid for it. Coming to the forums and being told how to do it by people that don't know the first thing about how it works is not fun.

A few things to consider:

-Everyday we get cheat reports that are 100% sure that somebody is cheating and they are 100% wrong. Not even close. Laughable reports. People that literally report everyone that beats them until we tell them to stop. I don't know if you are one of these people but keep in mind that they exist.

- Regular users only have access to a fraction of the information that mods get. When you see a user that is "clearly" cheating you may have thought differently if you had access to all the things that we can see.

- If a user you thought was cheating is not banned it is probably because a mod looked at the case and disagrees with you. This mod had dramatically more information than you and probably more experience identifying cheaters. It is more likely that you are wrong then them.
