Currently, the coordinates training feature shows you the name of the square with an uppercase file name (e.g. E3), while in algebraic notation lowercase is typically used (i.e. e3).
This may sound silly, but I find that I immediately associate "e3" with the square but have to translate "E3" to "e3" before realizing what square it is. e3 is a chess square. E3 is a gaming convention or an error committed by a first baseman.
