Decreases rating

≥ 20 Blitz rated games - this is very small. Those players caught on an undervaluation of the rating create new accounts and very quickly come back to tournaments. I'm already tired of sending reports about underrating the rating. Can be done ≥ 100 Blitz rated games? Then it will be much more difficult to smurf.
This would make it more difficult for honest new users to start playing tournaments.
I looked at every player in this tournament - en.lichess.org/tournament/kDK8Yhge

- all 39 players have more than 100 games. It's a prejudice that 100 games will create inconvenience to normal players. 100 games will only inconvenience cheaters and smurfers.
We all started with 0 rated games. It is doable to get to 100 rated games just playing in the lobby, but playing tournament is more fun. A 100 game limit before allowing to enter tournaments will hinder the inflow of new players. For a cheater getting to 100 is easier than for a serious player, as a cheater does not care about opponents, about playing tempo or about result. A serious player will for example play only 3+2, only +/- 200 rating and will have to wait longer for suitable games to get to 100.

The 100 does not go to the root of the problem: that anybody can create any number of new accounts. I would limit that, e.g. by asking for IP address and FIDE identification number. Now it is possible that a travelling player plays from different IP addresses. It is also possible that several different persons play from the same IP address e.g. two brothers. Not everybody has a FIDE identification. There should be some way to achieve one person = one account, but that is not easy.
Thou shall not join FIDE without proper intergalactic identification by orders of Emperor Illyumzhini!! All Hail!!

FYI if I had to bother with a 100 game req for playing tournaments I'd have given up this site AGES ago. Good day Planetary Citizens.
