Trophies in the profile

I all!
I would to start to play tournaments.
I noticed that there are a lot of U1700 tournament, and i think is time to begin :)

Only a question;
Why the winners of the tournaments (1st, 2nd and 3rd) don't win nothing in the profile (like chess.com medals)?
I noticed it because i have some friends that won a lot of tournaments, but have nothing in the profile.

For me would be a lot so better if the winners wins a cup of the tournament in the profile, i think is matter of satisfation :)

Only the big events give trophies, otherwise the trophies are meaningless.

Because big events ..are won only by great players...!
Now in lichess the medium players (that are the 90% of the players pool) dont have any possibility of trophies. :(
90% of the lichess players are absolutly out from the trophyes :(

For me, every player must have a chance to dream a little trophy, not only the usual 10% of the members.

I think is a good idea to give a little cup in the profile if you win the 1°, 2° or 3° place only for OFFICIAL lichess tournaments (not for tournament created by other users).

If a member win more tournaments(cup for 1st, 2nd or 3rd places) just put over the cup a simple number. Very easy

I also would like that all players in lichess can have the chance to get a trophy if they win a tournament. It keeps players more motivated and more willing to play tournaments :)

An idea could be making a rating restricted alternative of the big events. like Marathon U1600.

I think that's a good idea. Otherwise only the usual 2400+ players can win the Marathon and it gives actually no chances to the other players.

Infact in chesscom if you arrive 1, 2 or 3rd in a tournamet you win the little medals in bronze, silver and gold, that you show in your profile, with a lot of satisfaction!! :)

In chesscom i won 2 silver medals (i arrived 2nd 2 times in 15+10 tournaments), and i was very proud to show my medals!

I hope lichess add it!
