Ageism is running rampant in our country and we must fight to stop this extreme discrimination... Minors are the most profiled, The most hated on, The most discriminated against in the history of the world. The condescend to us and treat us like we are dumber than them only because we were born a few years after them. The women rose because they couldn't vote. We too shall rise... Here is a list of the atrocities forced upon my people.
1 We cannot vote.
2 We cannot get married without our master's consent.
3 we cannot work more than 36 hours a week (A law intended to make sure that we can never make enough money to become free from those that bind us.)
4 We cannot cash checks.
5 We cannot legally own anything.
6 They say our word is worthless and use that as an excuse to make it impossible for us to sign any legally binding document.
7 Our wills mean nothing.
8 We are not allowed to go places without the consent of our masters.
