Simul problems

Three issues:

1) There was recently a post in the Q&A concerning a simul the OP created. Each game of the simul ended immediately, giving whoever played black for each game a win.
There was also a recent attempt by @Salsablanca (twice) to create a simul with the same result. I have no other information than that for I did not create any of the affected simuls, nor do I have any idea why it happened. I am unsure whether it is even possible to play a simul on lichess right now.

2) On what I believe to be an unrelated note, Sasablanca also got white pieces for ten games in a single simul. Assuming this is not a setting he chose, this is also a problem, and also seems to be the case for others listed.

3) A simul (en.lichess.org/simul/yjOoZAT2) is still running according to lichess, but it can't possibly still be running. There have been simuls since this one though, so I don't believe this is the cause of problem 1.

When i clicked play-simultaneous exhibitions then is shown page where are written ''This feature is temporarily disabled'' and picture ,where robot playing chess with woman.If someone knows problem,please say what happened to simuls?
