whenever I play with lichess experts...

Its really not about the endgame. "Surviving" isnt the idea. Don't be intimidated by higher rated players. It also seems like your openings and positional chess is lacking. 4. Nd5 there is no justification for playing there and defies the principle of not moving a piece twice in the opening. Also 7. Bd3 is asking for d4 to be a major weakness. Better would be 7. d4! playing more agressively and removing the weakness of d4. Also at move 34 whats wrong with playing bxd4, king moves, and taking the bishop? your queen is protected by your bishop and pawns are not an issue as the bishop on d4 threatens the b6 pawn. It seems to me that its not the experts playing well, its just you need to improve your overall chess. Make sure to analyze games after playing them. The Learn From Your Mistakes is a good tool to help improve your chess.
@ya_boy_Agent Yeah, I had time troubles for the last 20 moves of the game. I tried, and failed, but I will learn. ;)
@ya_boy_Agent I don't think I have the intuition for standard bullet chess (which is what it became as the game progressed, lol .) ,but I'll keep practicing, hopefully I will get better :D
well, since you yourself said it was "standard bullet chess" your problem isn't even a problem. nobody plays well under bullet conditions, and any attempt to fix this "problem" would just result in more problems. also, it's blitz. sure, it holds more weight than bullet, but even in blitz conditions you don't have enough time to think. You can't evaluate your abilities, strengths and weaknesses under blitz and bullet conditions. You simply don't have a good picture of your play. Hell, that stands for <60 minute chess, perhaps more, depending on who you ask. Oh, and even if this example was a long time control game, the question "I survive until the endgame and lose by one pawn... Any advice on how to fix this?" is far too vague to be answered by anyone. Literally the only answer that could be given to that is "play better." Is that the answer you want?
I suggest that you play some classical games -- at the non-expert level, blitz and bullet can descend to prancing around the board and throwing bishops and the queen at the enemy king. Meanwhile, longer time controls compel you to think about the plans and subtleties of the position.
