The win game

Here's how it works:

Poster A inserts 25c into a strange machine.
Poster B explains what poster A gets and inserts 25c.
Now either poster C or poster A explain what poster B gets, and inserts 25c, and so on.

EXAMPLE:
Chessdude365634: I insert 25c.
boiboiboi: You get a cookie. I insert 25c.
swegfeg420omg: u git fukin rekt, i put in a quarter
boiboiboi: You get nothing. I insert 25c.

Uhh okay...
