Tourney lag ?

This week it happened at least 5 times that after a tourney game was finished it took 5 to 10 seconds to show the game result, and being able to get back to the tourney (getting the buttons to get back, or withdraw or analysis button). I've almost never seen this before. It just happened again and right away I clicked on the "ping" button, which showed no lag.

Is this a specific tourney software issue, or some internal server tourney software lag ?
It is not very very annoying, but I thought it would be a good idea to report it here anyway.

Something similar just happened.
In a tourney I got paired for a new game, but the little sign just kept spinning, and nothing happened. Very soon I clicked on the ping button and my internet and server ping were doing great.
Then eventually the game board appeared but I already lost on time. This game :

yeah I just got paired straight into a tourney game that was already over, saying I hadn't moved:

...and just now in this tournament, after my first two games I was looking at the list waiting to be paired when a zero appeared next to my name, and then another one. Two zeros in a row without any games happening! Gotta be a bug of some kind..
