[Sugestion] Master vs many functionality

1 player plays on 1 board vs many people, people vote for moves. The so-called "Vote chess match".
The idea is flying around for a long time, @Fins even created a video series on his youtube channel.

Lichess could automate the process by introducing "Vote Chess Match" functionality. Basically this is just a long correspondence game, where "master" opens a vote and gives direct links to people. People move peices, lichess remembers moves and picks the most frequent one. This format could be of interest to streamers and video bloggers.
"basically this is just a long correspondence game"

I think the idea might work in Blitz, too. From a voter's point-of-view, you are just playing a normal game, where every 10 seconds or so your move is finalized. Except it might not be your chosen move. I wonder if two teams like this play against eachother, would you get the same game every time? :-)
Right now ChessGrandmasterTeam is doing stream of vote chess. GMs are forced to count votes in the chat. Lichess could aid them by introducing this variant. I am sure, it doesn't require huge programming effort.
@thibault Games like this were organised numerous times on chessgames.com. Seemed very popular; even attracted some very well known GMs (Pogonina, Naiditsch) to play against the world. Before a game began, there was a vote on whether or not computer use would be allowed, a gentlemanly agreement if you will. Self-policing seemed to work pretty well. Please reconsider!
