Playing games with cheaters

I really enjoy playing rated chess, but sometimes when I am not feelling very confident I play casual games. My problem is that I get paired up with cheaters a lot and I that makes me really mad.
So here is my suggestion: Dear lichess, if someone is a cheater, just delete the account! Don't give cheaters the opportunity to keep on playing casual games! If for some reason you still want them to play casual games, make their rating ''1500?'' , NOT the rating that they made using engines (this would at least give the players a opportunity to face non-cheaters opponents by choosing the opponent based on his rating). Thank you.

I appreciate any comments
very good suggestion hugo

I would recommend to put a button in the search interface with "no engine users" so the engine players would play only vs themselves in a timely fashion and dont annoy human players anymore.

I mean really, there are so many users who were detected within their first 20 rated games and have played more than 2000 games already with their marked account. This is really insane in my eyes. Why do they waste their life time day by day to play with engines in online human chess in case of they arent engine developers who want to test their products. This scares me! I have to admit that iam thinking of some kind of perversity in this human manor.

In this case I would much prefer the way FICS (freechess) handled it, something like !abusers !computers in your formula would prevents games against abusers and computer engines.

(I do appreciate the fact that Lichess does give engine cheaters a 2nd chance. All humans make mistakes, and people can change. No need for eternal weeping and gnashing of teeth on this planet.)
Yep, I agree that they should have a 2nd chance, but they could at least have their rating decreaced. I think I will have to start looking at the profile of my opponents before making the first move. Thank you guys.
Yes, the rating should be reset I think. Because it doesn't make any sense if you used a comp to get it.

Also there should be an option to filter out engine-abusers.

I think they can get a 2nd chance but if their account is deleted thay can just register a new one?

A second chance sounds good, but I'd prefer to have a strict policy on engine use. You cheat, you're permanently banned.

There shouldn't be an excuse, "I didn't know engine use is cheating! Really?!" Anyone that planned all that knows what they're doing.
Can a person who has a banned/marked account simply close it and open a fresh new one? I don't know if a new email address is required.
I am also curious what @achja means by a 2nd chance. When and how is it awarded? I haven't seen anyone having a mark removed except @noob2chess. A special donation to lichess might be required to get a 2nd chance. I am not sure how much it is though.
@achja
I quote from the link you just provided:

{{
10. I'm going to create a new account because I've been marked. Why shouldn't I?

A: You shouldn't create a new account because you marked. You're only allowed one account. If you believe you've been incorrectly marked, refer to point 7. If you really need more than one account, and you're going to use it for legitimate purposes, just ask. You can email lichess.contact@gmail.com with your situation.
}}

FAQ does not address a situation where a player closes a marked account and opens a new one. The player has only one account at a time. The rule of only one allowed account is not broken.

In addition FAQ does not explain when and how 2nd chances are granted. It only explains what to do if a player believes he/she has been incorrectly marked.
Cheat detection system is not 100% accurate. The system can easily give false positives.
Considering casual games: just don't play them. Forget about rating, play for fun rated games. Basically rating means nothing. Only rating difference with your opponents has some value. Base your seeks on your current rating.
