Lichess ping compensation

Hello chess friends,
I have noticed that as Lichess grows larger, the ping increases as well. I am aware that Lichess compensates ping delay for up to 1000ms. However, I noticed that with a ping of 100ms and premoving constantly, I lose about 900ms every move. Would the kind developers please look into this issue?

Strange. I don't lose any time when premoving and my ping is 110-140. I do lose very small amounts during premove when timer is less than 1 second. I think I lose like 0.05 seconds, but not .1.

Hi, ping doesn't increase with the number of players. It actually gets lower as we continuously the servers and code performance.

Outside of marathons which obviously are a big stress test for the servers, I haven't had any problems with lag (constantly below 20ms). So I guess the internet is slow on your end.

And set 'piece animation' to 'none'. If you've done this already, then I don't know what's wrong
