Bug: "Game over" when there are still available moves

It seems as though the issue has returned, albeit in a less annoying form. It now looks like this:
http://prntscr.com/epgp2c
I think that the engine still analyses the position (the PV is shown), but the framework recognizes the position as checkmate.
how? what's he gonna block with, you cannot capture peices by placing them afaik.

How about a pawn? Or rook? Or queen? You should be able to see the pieces a player has in their hand on the right side of the game.

Also, I'm bumping this, because it has not been fixed yet. To me, this seems like something you'd want to get out of the way ASAP.
@MessyAnswer that was a messy answer indeed, what do you mean block? the rook is directly ONE square away from the enemy king DIRECTLY checking it. there is NO square in between them to block that check, and you CANNOT capture PEICES by placing yours. your answer gave me nothing.

i am still in utter confusion as to why this would not be a mate, i actually just think you're wrong and this is mate.
