Bizarre false-positive "cheat detected" in blunder-filled correspondence game between friends

en.lichess.org/CQD0Xo3M

Umm...what? Here's the game between my amateur friend and myself. We just play correspondence games between us/our family. It's worth noting that sometimes we do takeback propositions in order to let games go on, so we each did one that allowed the game to continue...but nonetheless it was blundertown from start to finish: 141 centipawn loss vs 161. Absolutely no cheating.

What the hell is this "cheat detection?"

He did have multiple lichess tabs open including study+analysis of OTHER games, which of course everyone in our little correspondence circle is totally fine with, and obviously didn't even affect this game!

This system has GOT to go, the word "cheat detected" needs to be removed from this game or we will move to a different platform and share our negative experiences.
Probably the position in analysis board matched the game position while engine was running.
If you're going to play games where you and/or you friend is going to use the analysis board for your current or other games then play 'casual' games.

There is no need to play 'rated' games when there are so many 'takeback propositions'.
Pretty sure this detection is looking for the same position against an engine, which is interesting as it seems a bit unique.

Having an engine analyse the position in rated play is against the rules. I agree with #3 to use casual mode if you want that ability.
We play rated only in order to see which one of us is the best against each other. We like to keep track of that, even with the occasional takeback. There is no casual Elo or else we would use that.
@PEEFsmash

Well, in that case, your friend *was* cheating :)

If the bot found out that he had that very same position open in the analysis tool while playing a game that is supposed to evaluate who is the better player, then the bot did its job!
BOT WORKS THIS IS CHEATING THSNK YOU. PLEASE NO THREATEN TO EXPOSE THIS WEBSITES OR SHARE YOUR GOOD EXPERIECNES IF YOU USING IT WRONG
Hi BigJeff,
I keep receive this message form lichess (cheat detected and it declare me as loser ) i don't cheat, really i don't?!
and this happen only on my pc when I try to play using my chrom app??
when I play on iPad or mobile app it work fine !!
is there is any custom setting I can do to prevent this from happening on the PC
I am not quite sure if this is the right place, but I have a related issue. I would like to have a general opt-in for local computer analysis.
It seems to remember your last setting, and often enough when I open a master game with same or similar positions, like the ones I play in correspondence, the local computer analysis is turned on.
So I always hurry to switch it off, cause I only want to see the games and what masters used to play and no(!) stockfish recommendation.

Is it possible to add a setting that local stockfish analysis is always opt-in, like every single game you open, no matter what you did before?
