Swiss Pairing Question

Thanks everyone! Looks like I blew my shot at first place. I can only hope to tie for first at this point. Maybe I should have played on, but my opponent was a high-rated expert whom offered the draw. Think I made the right call, as he had an advantage in the drawing position. Thanks!

"It mainly comes down to total points, rating, and then color history."

I thought color history went before rating?
@natello35

For US Chess Swiss Rules, 27A1-5 the priorities are the following:
1. Never Pair the Same Person Twice
2. Pair within same score group (or within 0.5 if odd number of players)
3. Top Half vs. Bottom Half
4. Equalization of Colors
5. Alternation of Colors

For the FIDE Dutch Swiss System, the priorities are slightly different but essentially the "Subgroup 1 plays Subgroup 2" and one arranges Subgroup 2 to make the colors work. (abridged explanation)

Thus, it is always players order within scoregroup by rating, then color history.
