Open the opening book and set database to "Masters". Then see what the top move is, and try to follow the main lines to get some ideas of how to play the opening.

Also, open the book from one of your game analysis, and see were you or your opponent went wrong. Try to always play the best move, that is how to improve. Playing for traps is not going to help you become a stronger player.
