Looks like black ran out of time. While usually this would result in black losing, since white only has a king (no mating material) it is considered a draw. It's a little confusing, but think about the lichess rules regarding time like this:
If player 1 runs out of time, the result is whatever the result would be if play continued and player 1 played the worst moves possible while player 2 played the best moves possible.
In this example, if white plays the best moves possible and black plays the worst moves possible, the game would result in a draw (King vs King)
