My name is Kevin Bordi I'm 29 and I'm French. I stopped playing chess in tournaments at the age of 18, and relocated to Russia. During the period of 5 years in Russia I had several roles in the field of chess including teaching, management etc... and worked closed with my friend GM Vlad Tkachiev.
Playing experience
I commenced playing chess at the age of 6, and was inclunded in the French national team in under 10-12-14 and 16 categories. In 2005 I was awarded the title of Moscow champion of players rated under 2300 FIDE
Teaching experience
I have tought chess since 2011. My first 3 years included teaching chess in Moscow schools, chess clubs and over the internet.
Following this I worked for 6 month in schools in Geneva, Switzerland. I now exclusively teach chess over the internet, which has proven to be immensely satisfying and rewarding for both my students and myself.

Teaching methodology
After identifying the areas of chess where the student is struggling, we are working to resolve the weaknesses in a planned and logical approach.
Although I give advice and guidance to improve your chess tactics, I believe my role is most helpful in middle and endgame strategy.
