Is this threefold repetition?

I'm new to chess so please forgive me if this is a dumb question, but is the game here: http://en.lichess.org/o3rTOStv/black an example of threefold repetition? I thought threefold repetition was when both players play the same move three times in a row. Am I wrong in thinking that this game was not a draw?
You can claim a draw when the same position occurs for the third time. But it doesn't necessarily have to happen three times in a row.
(Also note that the position is considered different after losing castling rights or the possibility to capture en passant.)
Thanks. I thought about pawn pushing and the analysis shows that is what I should have done. I feel aggravated that I lost a game that I was controlling.
