Analytics Insights

I love the new chess analytics, are there any critical insights anyone has used to improve from this feature? I found out I am slower at moving the Queen than other pieces, and that my rook moves are the worst. Not sure how to improve with this knowledge.

The insights are fun, but I haven't really learned anything esp useful from them.

I too take longer moving my queen, but when you think about it, that's not too surprising. You move the queen less in most openings, and you play opening moves fast compared to the middlegame. And then again queens often don't make it into the ending, where lots of quick moves may well be played with the pieces that do remain.

Plus the consequences of a hasty move that turns out be bad are often going to be more disastrous if a queen is involved than a minor piece, so it's natural and good to think more carefully. For example exchanging queens is a big decision compared to exchanging any other pair of pieces.
