I feel that there should be a button on each game that has this
so that in the game I can decide based on the position.

Claim draw on threefold repetition automatically:
I feel that this should be as it is above.

Let other players challenge you:
I think that this should be a "bubble in what you want" thing, since I would like people that I do not know only challenge me if they are within X points of my rating, but I also want any of my friends to be able to challenge me regardless of their rating.

I think these are good ideas - one thing I would like is for the challenge range to be reduced +/- 500 seems quite extreme - I can't imagine someone of my level (1300-1400) lasting 20 moves vs a player of 1800 or so...

I suppose that X meant, "I choose what X is".
