there should be an option to turn it off, I on the other side don't like this at all, most chess programs/interfaces don't do any sound when replaying, there doesn't seem to be any reason for it too as I know when I press button to move
Yes, but there's an autoplay in real time feature and it's nice to hear the move sounds. If you don't like the sound just set it to silent in the lichess sound options at the top.
