Who said there has to be a motive for me to bring it up? I was just reflecting to how I like it when people know my weaknesses so that I can learn more and get more discipline. I was merely using
you chatting friendly or humorously and knowing my weakness as an example, even though yeah, most people try to chat while playing anyway :P. It has nothing to do with blaming you dude, just an
example of how well things can play out. ;P
I don't really give a shit about the graph or my present rating, as long as it doesn't say I use computer assistance. Other than that, if that condition wasn't interposed, I seriously *was* happy to
encourage either of you guys to reset me XD seriously though, had no idea I came across like that, which is not to say I blame you, I have a reputation for coming across as malicious even in my most
innocent moments of conveyance indeed :P
I never did figure out what the hell was so complicated about that graph anyway, all it does is show what rating I had at x day, it ain't a big deal
heh I never did get how that SRAM topic got brought up in the screenshot thread
Yeah, and ultimate it's like people are purely born luckier than others. I mean you can't really call it skill or rewarded from a previous life time, because maybe people are born evil and aren't
presented with the right experiences to change themselves, and they remain evil, so if some souls are more good or better than others, wasn't it just designed to be that way somehow? People do make
their own choices, but, even their own choices are controlled by their designs, and what they're presented.
I forgot about that but yeah there is some stuff I remember, that, it may have been life existed at some point without evil with it. I guess it's, not really that kind of thing you can know for sure,
granted it happened later. Maybe it depends on what "the fall" is.

lichess asks, lichess answers
well, if i had had a reset reset button i would have pushed it too, i think.
as for people born luckier; it's all the same universe; if souls do transfer, then perhaps iterations alternate - lucky, unlucky, etc. or maybe the iteration is also on a larger scale, tho still
confined (ie. this tribe is unlucky this time, then next time lucky, tho the period may take many generations).
overall nature/god/the universe knows what it is doing, even if we don't. in that sense, yes, it is designed that way, even if the design isn't necessarily superimposed, but from within/reflexive
as for the fall, maybe evil is a consequence of negative pressure; ie. deprivation or degeneration. spring and fall then; and as the process is cyclical, one is a reflection of the other
That sounds pretty saturated considering the immense suffering or unluckiness of some, but maybe. Obviously that's a better explanation. I must say that you're one person who always has an answer
for me :D, to where most people give in and can't find my curiosity disagreeable. And maybe in an initial generation, by whatever created designs, it was just So, that this first generation was
factored entirely in by their free choices...and not who we "were", but our original designs weren't so defined by the source of all existence as we presumed, somehow, perhaps until evil.
That kind of fall...like, the season...
Well maybe that's why I like fall then :P idk
Well then it is worth noting, that the cardinal sign aligned with the fall season, is Libra, whose relative deity in mythology, Venus, is said to have helped in the war of the demons against the gods,
while the relative deity to Aries (the sign starting spring), as of the same element but just before winter starts, is Sagittarius, ruled by Jupiter, who was said to have helped in the war of the gods
against the demons, so there is that inversion. But I didn't read too much particularly into those things.
interesting, tho i don't know how all those play out. ie. the gods win vs the demons
and, what does the transit of venus coming up have to do with things?
Mmmm I can remember one or two astrologers, more nutcases than myself even XD, who would have an answer for a thing like that.
I remembered hearing from someone that, because the planet Mercury is (was, at the time) in retrograde, (Mercury is also the roman name for Hermes, the god of speed and intelligence.) communication failures would ensure for that time period...which, more-or-less than usual in my case :/ they did, disappointingly. Electronic failures, not necessarily emotional arguments, though Mercury is also the planet governing Gemini and Virgo.
I don't know much about the demons, still, though. Zeus overthrew and dethroned his father not particularly to be King of the gods, but they fought a battle that supposedly shook the universe, which did involve demons. His father was not a demon, and did a few stoic and good things, but, heh, you'd have to read up a little about the kind of shit he did anyway that wasn't as good, not to mention, karma, if you'd believe in any of that shit.
But I do know that Venus is the Roman name for the goddess, named in Greek "Aphrodite". Depending on which story you follow this was either the aunt or a daughter of Zeus, but Venus as a planet to astrologers means beauty and sexuality. And some other shit I don't remember no mo', cause I'm not religiously into the shit lol
karma is like newton's 3rd law; morality is sometimes easier to see in terms of physics, tho it's not always so clear (then again, neither is physics).
that's interesting that mercury is the god of speed and intelligence. higher level predators in the oceans tend to have elevated levels of mercury; that may be related.
speaking of mercury in retrograde, (seventh paragraph)

in terms of demons vs angels/gods, it isn't always so clear either. aphrodite sided with the trojans, who lost to the greeks, but she was also instrumental in the successful founding of rome by aeneas, who came from troy following its defeat. "is and isn't produce one another" -the tao
the greek parthenon is a little more confusing than the singular judeo-christian-muslim god, or the concept of brahman or tao, whose will is ever immanent, demons or not.
Shit.
th;dr (too high, didn't read)
XD I'm kidding!
Even though my teacher was so damned Irish I couldn't understand what the hell, I still remember enough about Physics to recognize what you're saying here.
Like there are scalar versus vector units.
Speed is a one-dimensional, scalar measurement.
Velocity is a two-dimensional, vector measurement, in that it's an extension of speed including direction.
And for whatever magnitude given, karma assures that the direction is reversed.
So of course, sometimes math and science just make things easier for us to linearly understand, just like logic is a system through which to interpret what is really true, but is more like a catalyst for the ease of our understanding towards making "safe assumptions".
Yes about that link, the rumor I've always read into is that the retrograded property of Mercury constitutes conflicts in communication. I don't know why the chemical element itself was named after the planet Mercury, but I suppose that's online somewhere.
One might think such things as paradoxical, between aiding the trojans versus assisting in Rome's designated found, but it's more of a balance. What could look beautiful in life if it was all over with no disgust? What could look disgusting in life if it was all over with no beauty? Libra is a sign of balance (or, if it doesn't go to Gemini, compromise), and Venus is the domicile of that sign. Probably why indirect comparisons like that were designed.
the balance is also a matter of perspective; disgust/beauty often depends on who is arbitrating and when (alternating successions of power). it's something like the alternations of physical disruption and equilibrium. the calmer things are, the more potent a small disruption is, as there is less "noise" to mitigate its effects, and vice versa. nature selects for both tendencies, like a pendulum swinging back and forth between its limits. this is how life grows - one gives way to another, as the other simultaneously comes into its own (both, at once, a giving and taking). "the world that is constantly becoming".
Well that's because balance imbalances itself, and imbalance balances itself. Ultimately everything is a matter of perspective, so in order for each perspective to become separate, nature needs contrast.
^ There was a physicist's term for the minimal and maximal swing limits of a pendulum, but that's another thing I forgot from Physics class. :P
