Tournaments (Elite Players)

I think that for players above 2000 (or some other predetermined rating) there should be another set of Elite Tournaments that way a 1200 will not be paired up with a 2100. This will set a limit and prevent easy tournament wins.

Does anyone else think that this is a good idea?

I think it be good for both sites. But more like a special and rarely occuring "2000 + Tourney" or "max 1800 Rating Tourney" or something. Could be cool!

Yeah, at least a few that way sub-1700s can win at least a few tournaments without vein paired up against 2400s.

This would support your idea whilst promoting the idea of excellence, instead of just having rubbish leagues for lower-ranked players...
