Hi,
There is something strange on firefox, i can't see the piece when taken as you can see on the picture (http://bayimg.com/hAaHgAAEJ) on every colour scheme, the screenshot was take on another browser.
Any idea?
Sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking.
"1.e4 d5 2.Nc3 Nf6"
There are no captures in this move sequence, from the shot you linked to, so there is no capture to be displayed (within that range).
Oh yes my bad, i was thinking about the picture of the pieces before the move sequence who doesn't appear in "my" firefox. Disabling plugins (noscript and on...) who can block a script is useless too in this case.
Weird. As far as I know the position of the pieces is always updated per scrolling through the moves in analysis move. Maybe just had too much script-blocking there.
Unfortunately, i tried this possibility (disabling all plugins), and nothing change on several machines.
It seems this line is the part of the problem:
#GameText a.move {
font-family: 'pgn4web ChessSansMerida', 'pgn4web Liberation Sans', sans-serif;
yeah pieces in the right are displayed with a special chess font. It's the way pgn4web, the JS library I use, works. For some reason your computer may refuse the font. I fear that only you can find out why, as I cannot reproduce the bug.
Salut/hello,
I'm using regular firefox on linux with liberation fonts installed, on a windows computer the bug remain.
