Lichess Ranks

HI,

I think after lichess.org introduced LM title there should be some icon next to everybody with different color for different rating list-like on 'flyordie.com'. I liked that:
Yellow Crown: Champion
Red icon: Grandmaster
Brown icon: Master (LM..)
Yellow icon: Advanced
Blue icon: Intermediate
Green icon: Beginner/Amateur

So I like that on that site(http://www.flyordie.com/chess/).

The main concept is that everybody gets something. All look good.

How to achieve the LM title?

There aren't any hard rules on achieving the title (yet). It's mainly for people who play at the master level but don't have an official title.

*I think thinkabit deserves a LM too!

I like the idea of Baluk. I just would spit it up in LM and A-H.
Like this:

2500+ LM
2400-2500 A-Player
2300-2400 B-Player
2200-2300 C-Player
2000-2200 D-Player
1800-2000 E-Player
1600-1800 F-Player
1400-1600 G-Player
1200-1400 H-Player

You would get your first classification after 50 games (if you get a rating above 1200). And than you could clim up. To fall down a class shouldn't be possible.

Nobody needs it. Simple things to make it more fun/attractive to people shouldn't be ridiculed. They are a good idea. If you don't enjoy it, you are free to ignore it.
