  3. Question: Price for a lesson

aybabtu Jul 21, 2012 2:36 PM #1

How much do you think would be a good price for a lesson with a 2200/IM/GM? Let's say per hour.

I think my brother once asked a German GM, Christopher Lutz, several years ago. Cannot remember the price, but I think it was 50-100€. Which I think is a good price, when you take into consideration, how much time and energy they have put into getting as far as they are.

I took some courses with a russian GM, and I had to pay a bit less 50€ per hour. But if you want to give courses, you should ask a chess association or something.

Nonsense: I can provide lessons for less than that.

Morozov Jul 21, 2012 10:24 PM #5

yes, but you are not russian and not a GM
